Reservations

To schedule treatments, please call (011) 894 6224 / 076 192 8505 or email us info@evolvedayspa.co.za as far in advance as possible.

Reservations are highly recommended, and most major credit cards are accepted and are required to secure your bookings.

The spa environment is a place of calm and relaxation. We ask all guests to respect the quiet and privacy of other spa guests by speaking softly and turning off mobile devices. If you would like to enjoy our wet relaxation area, a swimsuit will be required.

Spa Etiquette

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time for a leisurely check-in and to begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service at full cost. To maintain the serenity of the environment, please turn off your cell phone upon arrival.

Cancellation

We request 24-hours advance notice. Please respect this period to avoid being charged for the full amount of your booking.

Lockers

Lockers are available for your convenience. The spa will not assume any liability for valuables.

Gratuity

Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Age Requirements

Under 16s will need permission to visit the spas unaccompanied. Under 13s will need adult supervision when visiting the spas.

For Your Comfort

Please dress comfortably to enjoy your spa day.

Medical Concerns

We respect the health of our guests. If you have a medical condition, we ask that you consult your physician prior to receiving spa services. Guests who are pregnant must be past their 13th week of pregnancy to receive select treatments.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for all products, services, and spa packages and can be purchased at Evolve Day Spa. Please be sure to present all gift cards at check-in.
